Dumb question about XBL Marketplace Game Demo's?

When you download one of the game demo's (i.e. Tiger Woods, Burnout, etc.), is it normal for it to show the blade for the download status bar for about 10 to 15 minutes and then go back to the complete listing of demos(darkened out) with just a check mark by the one you are downloading?

Yeah-- its a shame that if you move from that particular state your DL gets snipped off. Has happened to me multiple times.

The good thing is I am no longer thinking I am getting kicked off the DL and then restarting. Now I just have to figure out why they are downloading so slow, and I will be golden.

When the hell are they going to let you download demos in the background? Plus an auto-shutoff after the download is complete would be nice.

um if that ever happens just press up on the D-pad, goes back to the downloading screen no interruption at all.

Thanks :), I tried to DL the Quake 4 demo a few times yesterday and it'd always crap out on me and then ask if I wanted to download again-- which, would result in incomplete files on the HDD.

I disabled the screensaver in the settings panel.
