...I know they give a sheet with the box that says something about how if there are any charges for return to charge it to Microsoft. When I called to schedule a pickup, they said that with the numbers I had, they only paid for the shipping and not for a pickup and it would be a $10 fee to pick it up. So, did MS swerve me, is the UPS chick wrong, or is this what everyone experienced? It's no big deal since I pass a UPS place right on the way home from work, but I'm just curious if I should have raised some hell about it.
I remember sending my original XBox in for service several years ago and I could have sworn they picked it up at no charge.
