I've never gotten this before. I just purchased an Item with BuyItNow from a powerseller that says he "prefers" Paypal, but I get that message when I try to pay. Do I have to wait, or what?

Yes, wait until they send an invoice.
My guess is that they've had problems with individuals paying the incorrect ammount with instant purchase.

Oh. Thanks! I don't know how people could manage to fuck it up though, considering Paypal automatically fills in the payment amount for you.

Trust me, it happens. I sell internationally and they are HORRIBLE about trying to sneak shit by. If they wanna pay with pay pal, they are going to pay for registered shipping to track, and insurance. They try to skip the registered and ins fee.
