Abrams to direct Star Trek XI

Lost creator and Mission Impossible 3 writer J.J. Abrams will be writing, producing and directing the next Trek film.

Yeah, I read this yesterday. I would prefer Jonathan Frakes to direct though. I thought he did great with First Contact and Insurrection.

I thought they were done with trek movies, now they'll have to get to 15 or 20 to make it a nice round number to end with.
