To make a long story short, I used to be a HUGE nintendo fan. I got Gamecube on day one and played it all the time. However, when I tried xbox Live on my xbox, I was hooked, and the GC kind of got forgotten about.
But now, as we all know, this summer doesn't have too many new games coming out, I'm done college May 4th and I really want to start playing my cube again (And pick up a DS Lite when it comes out)
Right now I have
- Zelda:WW
- Zelda Collector's Edition
- Mario Sunshine
- Metroid Prime
- NBA Courtside
- Eternal Darkness
- Smash Brothers
- Wave Race
- And I just picked up Donkey Konga today (Bongos rock!!)
So any suggestions of what else to get? Wait till GS has another buy 2 get 1 free and stock up? Best bang for my buck? Thanks!
P.S. Please don't suggest RE4, I played and beat it on my friends ps2 at college.

Metroid Prime 2 (if you liked 1)
Paper Mario 2
killer7
Donkey Kong Jungle Beat <-- this game is awesome, especially if you like the bongos
Viewtiful Joe
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
None of these should be more than $20, and some can easily be found for less (killer7, Viewtiful Joe)

Resident Evil - $10 used
Pikmin - $10 used

Paper Mario : Thousand Year Door is a very fun game. I like it a lot.
I also enjoyed all the different Mario sports titles and have a lot of fun unlocking all the secrets... Mario Golf, Mario Power Tennis, Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Superstar Baseball.

Good sugestions everyone.
Paper Mario seems like a good buy, especially at 20.00
Pikmin and Fzero also seem like cheap pickups.
I have a question about DDR: Mario mix. Is it being released again? If so when?
Oh and I forgot to mention I also own Animal crossing..can't believe I forgot to mention that :-p

It's worth mentioning that Pikmin 2 is pretty cheap as well (it's PC, so under $20 new). Both are very good, but I would say 2 is better (no time limit and multiplayer). I haven't beaten either, though, so I might not be the most reliable source...

It's not only the summer... the cube is MIA from here until the far future.
Nintendo just kind of abandoned it.

Pikmin 2 was not created by man, it is a gift to human kind from the Gods. Please pick it up.

Just a few of my suggestions

Rogue Squadrin games
I started playing Rogue Squadron again after a long time (just watched the original trilogy with my kids and my son wanted to play). Unfortunately my son had erased all my achievements in both games (it is WAY too easy to erase them - bad design), so I need to replay to get all the medals (I had half silvers and half golds in the first one ). That game is freaking HARD too, I forgot how much. Now I can't even complete the second to last battle (the one with the star destroyers) let alone get a medal again.
And don't overlook the second one (III actually) as it has the coop version of Rogue Leader in it. I was playing this with my son last night and we had a blast. Last time we played (2 years ago) he was too young to stay alive long enough, and we couldn't make it through the first misison. But now he's much better. If you have a friend who's good at it, it would be really fun. Plus it is a whole 'nother challenge to get medals in coop mode.
Rogue Leader was one of the first current gen games I played when I got my 'cube back in Dec 2003. I maintain that is is STILL the best game this generation across all platforms (I have a PS2 but no Xbox, but I'm not into horror or FPSs so RE4 and Halo are disqualified :D).
