A sequel to Bomberman DS is in the works, and this time it includes Wi-Fi.
Rakuten, a major Japanese gaming retailer has recently posted a product listing for Hudson Software's Bomberman Land DS.
Hudson, the company responsible for the original Bomberman title on the DS is working on an improved sequel for the portable console that will support the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection to allow gamers to challenge anyone in the world.
As far as the gameplay itself goes, it is said that the stylus of the Nintendo DS can be used to control every possible action of the game. In terms of available game modes, details are largely unknown, but in regards to standard, local wireless play up to eight users can compete via a single game card.
We'll have more on this as it develops, as information is likely to emerge during E3.
