Enclave-Tips and Stuff

Wow... I recently bought Enclave and I'm loving it. Its so freaking tough and is very unforgiving. So tough in fact, that I need some help of my fellow gamers.

For anyone that has played this, I would love to hear some combat tips. I can never seem to hit the enemies when I need to (due to crazy sword swinging, or the enemies are too short?) and I still can't seem to block attacks even when blocking. The best strategy I've found so far is to swing, and back up. Even, still, the height of those monsters make it tough to hit them.

So any Enclave combat tips?

Start a combo with your melee weapon while moving backwards. This will lead to a 4 strike combo with the last strike being the most powerful (it'll even give you splash damage with certain weapons). Start the combo while moving backwards, then continue the combo while manuevering yourself around the enemy to make sure that you'll be in range to land that 4th super-powerful strike. Don't even bother trying to land any of the other strikes because the last one is the one that really counts.
