What games should I get for Dreamcast / Saturn , NTSC and import games

also for Saturn do I need to put in a mod for it to play a import game?

You need a boot disc, but yes, Japanese import games will work. PAL games will run, but they won't display properly on your TV. Most of them work with the VGA adapter, though.

That is sold out, and a different kind that I have but there are all sorts of different boot discs available for Dreamcast.

You can easily download and burn a boot disc. Search for utopia boot disc on google.
