Seems THDJ will be nintendo exclusive. TH isn't my cup of tea, but I figure the fans of the series might like it.

Interesting that it's become a racing game. Hopefully it will be good, but I'd rather have a "real" Tony Hawk game.

WTF? ... It won't be the same without Neversoft... Maybe they're working on a new franchise? Most of the stuff they've worked on has been pretty good outside of the Tony Hawk games (Primarily the PS1 Spider-man game).

I really liked American Wasteland, and American Sk8tland for the Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS. I felt Thug 2 had really bad level design, and was too much of a departure from actually skating, but THAW really brought everything that was good about Tony Hawk games back, and sprinkled just the right amount of arcadiness on top. So hopefulyl these guys will do a godo job with the game in the absense of Neversoft who master the game.
