Which Avc File codes the fastest? And if the slowest gives smallest file size whats that? And what overall do you recommend for the settings? I want a small file size

from my experience the time is pretty negligible.
i use AVC 368/29.97/384/96. looks and sounds fine. and the file size difference between this and the next one up is huge. doesnt seem to take too long either
