Did anyone catch the segment on the Today show this morning? They were talking about the health benefits of DDR and had two young DDR players demonstrate how to play the game. Then they had Matt Lauer and the asianish co-host (can't remember her name) play against each other. NEITHER ONE OF THEM HAD RYTHYM! :rofl::booty:

It's true though, DDR is an excellent cardiovascular workout. You're moving your whole body! This might have been posted here before:

I've been playing for a little over a year now, and I'm in great shape. I mean, when exercising is fun rather than tedious, then you got something good going there :)

I quit playing on a regular basis about 3 years ago. I still love the game and would rather play at home but since I don't have a decent pad... well you get the picture.

I thoght it would be here today! Damn! It was shipped from a fellow CAG in Indiana. Next dayit was in Ohio, Today it is in Illinois! WTF! The USPS was on a roll for a couple of days.
