Here's the entertainment software listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (HOU), Chicago (IL), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ), and Washington state (WA) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - Austin, Sacramento, San Diego, AZ, GA, IN, NV, OR), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them.

If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

Unless otherwise indicated, items below are listed in all six (DFW, HOU, IL, LA, SJ, and WA) ads.

Anyone know where I can find the Fry ad for chicago?
Not just for games and dvd but the entire ad. I'm trying to find a good deal on video cards. thanks all

1. The IL Fry's ads are posted every day but Tuesday & Thursday in the dead-center of the Chicago Sun-Times. The Friday ad is a standalone 4-pager printed on thicker & better-quality paper than newsprint. If they're having some sort of super-mega-deluxe sale, there may be more than one ad found in the paper, sometimes 2-3 separate ads scattered throughout. But that occurance only happens 1-2 times a year, so it's moot.

2. A Vietnamese tech message board poster is extremely diligent about posting scans of the paper, that I assume the poster does him/herself. That link can be found here (http://www.tapchivitinh.com/modules/newbb_plus/viewforum.php?forum=1&220). His scans/posts usually take a bit of time to appear -- sometimes later in the day, sometimes not at all. So if it's a one-day sale, you'd be better off to just go to the store itself than wait around for his/her posts/scans to surface. Unfortunately, the forum & main site seem to be down at the moment...

3. Over at Broadband Reports.com, there is a Chicago-centric message board that contains a Fry's Ads Sticky. That thread can be found here (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,11274740). Unfortunately, that thread seems to be currently on life support as well. It has a habit of coming out of a coma about a few times a year, when some angelic poster/boy scout/girl scout does his/her duty and goes scan-happy for a few weeks, only to retire back underground.

Whew...a lot of typing just to simply say that Fidodido iz TEH MAN.

How is that Sin game supposed to be? It appears to be a budget title, but it looks interesting...

Even if I don't post, and lately not at all that often, I hope you know fido that I greatly greatly appreciate what you do for CAG...probably the most since you do it on a consistent basis and that I know that it is very difficult to do.

Also, any Vegas CAGs know of any place at all that posts Fry's ads for our area? I have been searching for like a year now and still can't find one.

If anyone cares, the Frys in Lombard, IL has Kingdom Hearts 2 on sale for $30. So if anyone is looking for it, might as well grab it there.

Picked up a copy of Graffiti Kingdom for $9.90 today (marked $10.19 - WTF?). It was the last one in Wilsonville, OR but maybe people in other locations can find it. Seems like a good deal since it is hard to find and usually $29.99.
