Honestly, I can't think of one thing that has been announced. I know there has to be at least a few Xbox games coming out. Anybody care to share?

Microsoft couldn't care less about the XBox, which is really annoying. I think Moore mentioned it once in passing, and that was it.
This doesn't fill me with much confidence for 360 support once the next XBox is out.
Only noteworthy thing I know of for XBox is Mortal Kombat Armageddon.

The only exclusives I see are Painkiller: Hell Wars, which is adapted from the PC version, and DDR Ultramix 4, and from the makers of Powerdrome and Judge Dredd, Crusty Demons (http://www.gamespot.com/xbox/driving/crustydemons/). The rest of the games are 3rd party multiplatform games.
I think the game I'm most excited for is Snoopy vs the Red Baron.

You're right. The Xbox is dead to Microsoft. They were (and are still) losing money on it, so they wanted to dump it as soon as possible. The 360 is designed so that they can actually make money from it, so they will be more likely to support it in the long run.

Yeah, I had hopes there would be some decent xbox games that would drop in price like a rock due to the xbox being at the end of it's life cycle.

this is another reason why maybe people should think twice about getting a 360 i dont wanna invest that money and have them drop me in a few years and put out a thousand dollar system.
Dont they still make psone games? mostly aimed at kids now?
Im disapointed that xbox are pulling this.

more likely the opposite. King of Fighter Neowave and Outrun 2006 are kind of hard to find .... at the week of release.

I dunno, Xbox had a pretty good run, tons of great games. It has to end somewhere.

I don't think it's any secret that MS is concentrating their efforts on the 360... there's little to gain from support the Xbox since Sony pretty much dominates the generation with the PS2. So they're attacking Sony where they know they'll be able to do some damage (because it's not out yet): the PS3.

I agree with Chris and Vinny, they both make very good points.

Well, MS said they were putting their efforts into the 360, they made that VERY CLEAR. 3rd Party companies said they would continue to support it, but they see where the future is. Did anyone REALLY expect the XBOX to continue to put out the same number of titles with the new kid on the block.

No one expected Microsoft to put out the "same number of titles." A little respect and gratitude for the customers that made it possible for the 360 to come out in the first place would be nice, however.
Asking too much, I know.

The end is coming for the original Xbox. We just have to move on and accept it.
I personally have a lot of games I still want to play for my Xbox so I am not quick to jump on any new console yet.

I probably wouldn't care nearly as much if MS made a more noticable effort to get backwards compatibility on the 360 up to par, instead of the sorry state it's in right now.
As it is, I can't get rid of my XBox since some of the games I never got to would be unplayable...yet there's nothing coming out for it. Very annoying.
