View Full Version : NEED - Snes AC adapter Specs!!!

Hi CAGs-- in need of Snes ac adapter specs-- the wattage, milliwattage, and what type of connector hooks in to the snes.
A radioshack near me is closing soon and still has a ton of power supplies and connectors in stock for cheap (and I have a $10 off coupon) I am in desperate need of a snes supply, so any advice would be much appreciated!

Reading off the back:
Input: AC 120V 60Hz 17w
Output: DC 10V 850mA
+ ---(--- - This should mean negative (I think).

That would be best. It doesn't use a standard barrel plug.

went in and found they were more expensive than the official adapters on ebay, so screw thaaaat. Thanks for the link though, evilmax :) it'll come in handy.

nope, definitely not. the coupon can only be used on $20 or more, so even if I could get it at $10, that would've been about even with what i paid for an official adapter.

I think so. Mine are only valid at 3 stores in the North suburbs of chicago.
