try toysrus great selection dirt cheap prices.... When i got to get my cousins Christmas gifts I always get them a good board game (But there to busy playing gamecube)

You can also try thrift stores, goodwill, yard sales and flea markets. I've gotten alot of board games on the cheap at these type of places. You just have to do a quick once over though before you buy to see if everything is there though.

Online retailers like Funagain offer the most reduction from MSRP, but then there's shipping.

I second www.thoughthammer.com, and free shipping on orders over $125. You may want to check out www.boardgamegeek.com. There are tons of boardgames that you may find interesting.

http://www.fairplaygames.com/ is one of my favorites.

Two good games to try are Carcassonne and Settlers of Catan, both are semi-involved but loads of fun!
