Is this a good deal on an HDTV? (Hitachi 51F59)

Does anyone have any experience/knowledge about it? I thought I heard good things about it awhile ago, but my memory is not so good...
Any suggestions in a similar price range? (I'm not really concerned about space, so a flat screen seems like a waste of money...)

Personally I've never been impressed by the image quality of Hitachi's lower end units. While not a bad price I suppose, If you waited a few months you could most likely get much more bang for your buck with all the new 1080p tv's soon to be released not to mention the LED DLP's on the way.
