how do i cancel xbox live??

my 12 month subs end tomorrow. 5/18..will they automaticallycancel ir or charge my the $50. i went to account settings and it only give options of the 12 month or monthly plan. no otion of cancelling

It's a huge pain in the ass...

You have to call Microsoft. Look for a number on their 360 website.

You need your gamertag info and such. And possibly the credit card you use to sign up (I forget).

It can be canceled on the Xbox console itself. That's what I did, because Customer Service at 1-800-4MYXbox was a pain to deal with.
