Looks good enough to not look like a PSP game >_<
I'm personally getting tired of Square milking FF7, but hey, they're not dumb for doing so.

While I can semi-agree, it's still highly possible it's in game graphics. The PSP still has alot of power that has yet to be realized and used, so give it time.

So this is like the story of what REALLY happened instead of Cloud's delusion?

I believe so.. Cloud took on Zack's persona in FFVII but it never explained the actual events. This game is supposed to clear things up and explain more about FFVII's story.

I might have to buy a PSP just for this game.

I feel the same way about the PS3 concerning the FF7 remake!

I think I'll wait too. I was on the fence about picking up a PSP until I learned that GTA:LCS is coming out for the PS2 in a couple of weeks for only $20.

I don't. I like SE on DS.

Why would they do that? It would be like saying "I wish Square would allocate more resources on the GC than the PS2"...it doesn't make sense for them. Like most Japanese developers, they put most of their resources towards the most popular console in their region, and DS is absolutely crushing PSP in Japan.
I don't care either way, for the most part I find Square's games feel very old and outdated - but then again I've mostly grown out of RPGs.

Looks better slightly better than PS2 in quality. Methinks its a cutscene.

It is like saying "I wish for world peace". A wish is just something you would like to see happening. It doesn't have to be realistic and it certainly does not require your seal of approval.

Hell no. That name has some style and character to it. It's a hell of lot better than being named John or Mike. But then it's a hell of lot harder to be inconspicuous with a name like that.

True, and also it's a pain for me to write my name on the back of checks at times since I usually have to write out my full name. There's usually never enough space >_<

its as if your parents gave you a name buffet from which you can pick and choose. Sounds like a movie villain or legendary hero, i'm not sure.

I don't. I like SE on DS.I rather have them make impressive looking games on PSP than gimmicks on DS. FFIII could have been so much more on PSP, since I don't see a need for dual screens IMO.
Anyway, this was the game that got me the most excited about a PSP, when it was first announced, mostly because FFVII is my favorite game ever. I did like Zack and wanted the opportunity to see his story and play as him. This is definitely my most wanted PSP game and it looks terrific. Yeah, I wish Square Enix made more PSP games, since the PSP is awesome.

Take out the Ivan = hero
Take out the Samuel = villian
If there's one thing I learned from 80s action flicks, it's that a Russian-ish sounding guy is always the villian.
Cool screenshots...so this is definitely an rpg?
