Not much good deals for one day sales but thanks anyways Fido. Thing that interested me a little were MP:H, UL2, and the 2 gb memory stick.

Feel the Magic is an awesome game and Mr Driller is very fun. I doubt you've even played them.
Oh and that American Dad may be worth a price Match somehwere. Otherwise no really off the wall deals like thought.

Possibly in for Top Spin 2, got to read up on reviews for it first. Can anyone who owns this vouch that it is worth the $24.99 price?

I guess it's worth it. Prepare to wait a lot though. Loading screens upon loading screens detract a lot from the game, which does play pretty well. Better than the original and most other tennis games, in terms of depth and strategy. Still feel that the controls could be more responsive though. $25 seems a fair deal, though I'd wait and buy table tennis, which comes out next week w/ an msrp of $40 and looks like great fun.

They should since they PM their weekend and weekday deals, which are two varying ads. I don't relaly see anything too special, but that is a great price for American Dad. I'll have to try and scrounge up some cash and PM it at CC for that extra 10% off. I've been doing this for most Fry's deals lately since they aren't stingy on it like BB.

Some other decent deals I saw in the Ad this morning:
40GB Zen Xtra MP3 Player (Refurb) - $99.99
EVGA Geforce FX 5200 AGP 128MB Video Card - ($40) Free After Rebate
512MB Patriot Memory USB Flash Drive - ($15) Free After Rebate

yeah the Zen 40gb is tempting too. Also they have a Asus A8N-Sli Deluxe + AMD 64 x2 3800 combo for $379.99 after rebate($30), which looks like an good deal for in-store.

Updated with all cities except Dallas/Ft. Worth.
IMHO, other non-video games/dvd deals of note (apart from FFMooglestar's post above):
$14.99 - Antec SLK1650B Case w/ 350W PS
$14.99 - Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W PS (If any of you buy the last of these from Manhattan Beach before I get to the store...so help me, Jebus... :bomb: )
$29.99 ($59.99 - $30 MIR) - Samsung Laser Printer

It is the Unrated Extended...my bad, this has been corrected. But Fry's has been using these really odd covers which aren't the same as the US-based covers, which is throwing me off.

I went and picked up Metroid Prime: Hunters this morning. I was waiting for it to drop to $24.99.
Literally everyone I walked by in the store had a 2GB Memory Stick in their hands.
So if this Fry's ad is only the one day sale, does that mean we'll see the actual Friday ad on Saturday???

Thanks you fido! I stopped by CC after school with newspaper in hand, walked in PMed me an American Dad and walked out. Was hoping for Family Guy Volume 3 also, but seems the town/the people at this store went PM crazy since they were all sold out of it. I hope they have most of the anniversary prices continue through out the weekend. That's how they had it last year. And this was the second time I had PMed a deal at CC this week. earlier I also got me a New Super Mario Bros.

Well, something like this deal where you can get two games with the premium system for 50 bucks more. Most of the bundles close to that want anywhere from a hundred bcuks and up. I know neither are great games, but hell, two games for 50 bucks is a good deal to me. Sides, I could always use them as trade-ins for a game I did want, you know?

It is free with Metroid Prime Hunters, but the rumble pak is in a separate retail package with a sticker "FREE DS Rumble Pak with purchase of Metroid Prime Hunters". The standalone rumble pak has a price sticker of $19.99. So you have to take Hunters and the rumble pack and have either a salesperson ring up a 8"x11" sales slip on their computers, or take them both to cash register and point it out.
