If you haven't been on Metal Gear Online lately, they mention downloadable content in the future and this survey. There's also going to be an official site (https://mgs3sweb.konamionline.com/us/mgs3community/) for MGO with rankings, forums, and cool stuff like that. Also, for those of you with obscene names, Konami should be contacting you or you're supposed to contact then with replacement names or they'll delete your account sometime soon, too. Just get on and you can get more detailed info on MGO, just giving you the heads up. Fill out the survey, as well, so they can see that we really want a better MGO and new DLC. You get MGS wallpaper for your PC and cell phone by doing the survey.

Cool. I filled it out. You get wallpapers after you finish.

Does downloadable content save to your memory card if you have a slim PS2 with no hard drive? Those memory cards aren't big at all.

It should be downloadable straight to your memory card. The MGO online profile is only 64 KB, at least mine is, so a download at around that size won't require more cards unless you were already in need of them.

I just (Finally) finished the snake eater portion of this game last night. Holy Crap. It makes it on my list of best videogame experiences ever.

The online rocks too, I just can't play on the school's network right now. I'll take the survey.

Yes...yes, it is. Best game this generation, hands-down.

I hope everyone chose "Map" for downloadable content...that would be great.

I just noticed theres a site where you can look at your friends list and stuff. It's kinda (really) crappy but it's kinda cool - https://mgs3sweb.konamionline.com/us/mgs3community/

Yeah, but I'm happy that they are still trying to make improvements here and there. Very impressive, in my opinion.

I can't wait to play MGS: Portable Ops, portable online MGS, I thought I'd never see the day...

Thanks for the link to the community site, it's been added to the OP. I wish you could add players to your friends list on the site, but otherwise, it's good for a first try. The forums need some work, as does most of the site.
