Is this a good deal on Legend of Mana?

Gamestop has it in stock for $19.99 but it may not come complete.

Is it a good deal? I thought it was rare but some prices on the game aren't very high while others are.

Didn't want to post this in the deal section because I'm not sure how much of a deal this actually is, or isn't.

GameStop, just updated their prices online to reflect the ones they have in-store. It would be a good deal, if it came with the case and manual, and the disc was in good condition.

It's not a great deal but it isn't a bad deal. It's worth a shot. If you get disc only you can probably sell it for that price or a little more on ebay.
