It's the original (pre-MSX) Castlevania title, Akumajou Dracula. Evidently the hardest of the titles due to only having 4 continues to beat the entire game, I never played much of it because, quite frankly, it's pretty bad. I just got my copy in the mail today, and I eventually plan on playing through it, but I'm in no hurry. OTOH, I think it's the only Castlevania game that I didn't own a copy of, and was never released on any home console.

All of the titles come with game-specific extras, including a mini-dvd of game-related things and a brief OST (both on 3" DVD and CD respectively). It's a really neat package altogether, and it's only 2000 yen (~$19?). I made the mistake of buying mine from NCSX; while reliable, it was $36 after shipping. It can be had on eBay for just around $30. It's totally worth it, considering all the extras. If you look, this series is at around 15 or higher right now, and also includes Contra, but otherwise isn't anything spectacular.
