Gamestop warranty versus MS warranty

I got the Gamestop warranty on my new 360. I always buy them at GS for new or used consoles. I didn't do a ton of research so I wasn't aware of the Microsoft $50 warranty. Which is better? Any reason to have both? I bought the GS one at the expense of buying a second game. I'd rather buy a 2nd game now but if I should buy this other warranty I will and just wait for the next payday for another game.

I went with the MS warranty. Not sure of the benefits of one over the other. I went with the Microsoft one because it was cheap(ish) and easy.

I have the Gamestop one.

I dont know about the Microsoft one, but with the Gamestop one they'll let me swap out my HDD so I dont loose my saved games.

MS allows you to keep your HD also. I went with the MS one because there was no stock when I purchased.
