Both graphic cards aren't that great. If I had to choose one, I would go with the eVGA brand. It has a much higher rating than the 3D Fuzion (which I have never heard of). 5 stars with 14 reviews or 3 stars with 6 reviews?
Should be a relatively easy decision.

If I was you I'd just dish $50 and get a 6600GT.

$50 isn't much to go on... and the 6200 series sucks. You might want to consider a refurbished GPU.

I meant for $50 more. Trust me that extra 50 will make a WORLD of difference.
From my experience, I can run all the newest games (from Oblivion to HL2 to Hitman: BM) on either Max or Very High settings.
Trust me.

The eVGA card.
Better brand name and lower cost.
$25! That is really cheap for a 6200!

eVGA. But I SERIOUSLY recommend getting a more expensive card.

why?

why?
Because those cards suck ass. You're bound to want and play a newer game eventually and by getting a better card now you don't have to get one later.

Honestly, I wouldn't even consider anything lower than a 6800. The way I look at it, if you're going to spend money on an upgrade, why not do it right and get something that'll give you a real improvement?

Well, what I think a lot of people are getting at is, why not spend a bit more money on something that'll last you a longer time instead of spending a little money more often.
With a sub $50 card, it won't be long before you ask us again for another card upgrade to play a new game. And if Guild Wars comes out with more and more expansions, it might require a better video card.

If all you want to run is Guild Wars then the eVGA 6200 should do fine... hell, I was able to run the game on a 32MB GeForce 2 MX (yes, that's correct) on low settings. A 6200 should be able to easily handle medium settings.

Hey me too. People didn't believe me when I told them I could run Star Wars: KOTOR on my computer.

Honestly, I couldn't believe that I was running Guild Wars because, not only was the card old but the MX line was the low end model.

Get a new computer. Seriously. There's nothing that can be done with that.

I have a X800GTO2 modded to a X850 and overclocked to X50 XT PE levels. HL2 runs with everything on highest except HDR. Oblivion runs on medium to high settings and FEAR runs fine.
I would suggest you get soemthing more powerful.

Honestly.. spend $90 and get a BFG 3D Fuzion GeForce 6600 256mb AGP card from Newegg.com.
That's an amazing price and you'll actually get a card that will run well for a few years.

Whatever you do, DON'T EVER BUY PNY BRAND! I made the mistake of buying a PNY 6600gt that heats up very easily. But I can still play CS:S on High and GW (if I had it lol) on High easily though :P

Those might as well be the same card... Get the cheaper one if you get either.
You got agp? Look at these. The older, higher end cards (Radeon 9600, 9700, 9800 pro/xt) are better than the current gen budget cards. The 9800 Pro was THE standard for a few years, still a great card that holds up well against the newer stuff. I own a 9600 Pro and a 9700 Pro, they blow away that 6200 garbage, and anything with the letters TC, LE, or SE in them. I would take these over anything below a Geforce 6600.
Radeon 9600 Pro: $45.45 shipped

Nah...those suck. Go with the Nvidia Geforce 7950gx2, its twice as powerful as a x1900xtx at roughly 100 dollars more.

It'll last you the next 1.5-2 years, assuming u dont want to wait 6-9 months for the new R600 core ati is working on

The OP is looking for a sub $60 budget video card. I hope you're just being facetious.... "SWEET! A graphics card that cost as much as my ENTIRE computer!!!"
You know that 9600 XT for $53.45 is lookin pretty hot.

Exactly. It's stupid to buy something shitty just because it's cheap. Buying a 6200 at this point is like deciding to burn $60. I know you just want to play Guild Wars, but it will be infinitely better on a halfway decent card like the 6800.
