Don't know yet, other than it will be an external thing that attaches to the 360, most likely through one of the USB ports.

You don't have a 360 but you have a gamercard with 650 points?

I doubt they will package it all together. If I remember right it just sits next to the Xbox 360 and plugs into the USB port.
