Got this via email today...as well as pretty much anyone with an XBOX Live account.

The email states availble now for 500pts...but its not there yet.

Update 6/7 available now.

Post if you are going to buy the map pack, that way we can get together and play. Feel free to send me friend invites, I'll do the same.

PDZ Map Pack - not

Some folks received an email today stating that there is a Perfect Dark Zero map pack available for download. You can stop looking on Marketplace, because the map pack is not there. Apparently the email went out before the maps were ready. That’s all I know right now, but I wanted to give this update in case some people were confused.

That sucks.

I checked my email this morning before I went to take my GRE and I saw the email about the new maps. So I couldn't wait to get home and try the new maps but they aren't out. I hope they get released soon.

It seemed too soon. They were originally announced on the XBL calendar for Wed. June 7th. Maybe we'll see them by the end of next week hopefully. I also wonder if they are waiting for the big update?

I actually got on to DL them but haven't played them yet. Not sure if I can do it today either, have a UNO match and then GRAW with the CAG's. Maybe late at night I can make it.

U know, u'd figure for 500 points they'd make it so the male characters don't sway thier hips left and right like the women models. Guess rare got cheap on the mocap =p

Does anyone still play this shitty game? I haven't seen it on my friends played lists, or anyone around here's GamerTag in their profiles for months. Fuck you Perfect Dark Zero. Save your money for GRAW content.

Just finished playing a CTF match in the new Gasplant level it was pretty good. This game is too underated, its pretty good once you get the hang of it.

I agree, this game is underrated, mainly cause the horrible aiming turns alot of people off (including me, im just going to play a little more to get as many gp as possible). THe rest of the game mp is great, love the bots and different weapons/gametypes. Cant stand the aiming, especially trying to snipe with the jackel (reload after every shot drives me nuts)

Try these settings for aiming. They help a lot:

If you set your profile up like this, you'll notice you get way more headshot kills, and kills period.

Profile Options > Controls

Basics:
Control Style: Standard
Auto Aim Style: On or Off, doesn't make much of a difference, in this game if the small crosshair is over an opponent, the shot is going to hit.
Sensitivity: 75-100 seem to be the best.
Invert Y: Up to you.
The most important part:
X/Y Sensitivity: Off - Most console FPS have Y Slower than X as default, but in PDZ they decided to make it so the X and Y axis are the same speed, it may sound silly, but this makes a HUGE difference when changed.
Y Sensitivity: 45-60 - The Higher your X is, adjust it appropriatly with the Y. This is where you'll be getting more headshots.
Fast Look: OFF - Fast Look is a stupid feature. Basically when you push your analog stick all the way in ANY direction, it will spin you around in less than a second, making precise aiming almost impossible.
Optional:

Options > Game Setup
Camera Bob: Off, Camera Bob is annoying to me, but it won't really affect your aiming too much.
