Tenchu is crap. It has a horrible draw distance.

I know it's not a true stealth/action game, but Metal Gear Acid 2 is really good. Not a fan of the first one, but I played through MGA 2 twice.

You could wait for Metal Gear Portable Ops to come out later this year..if you're a patient person.
