What in this lot is so rare as to warrant the hefty price tag?

i'm gonna hafta go with the "they're dumbasses if they think they'll get that for it" theory. 'tis the only logical explanation.

I'd price it at $250. This is probably where somebody went into a flea market or something, found the stuff, and put it up on Ebay. Funny thing though.. he has those Akklaim wireless controllers. Anybody remember the NES ones? They were freakin huge!!

LOL! Factory Sealed and Brand New Frogger and Gradius! That guy musta been on crack. he did a good job on resealing them though :-) its looks like a four year old resealed that, hehehe.
and he took the system out of the original rapping just to photograph it? what a fucking moron. i think its safe to say that this guy is donny osmand's retarded brother whos name seems to be festus! i also belive this is the guy who claims to own Michael Jacksons 3rd nose!
ps, it smells factory fresh. now hes going to let the factory fresh smeel out. LOL, he probably ripped a$$ on it before he put it back in the box, LOL!!!

Wow, that's almost the same package deal I bought on ebay last year (minus the gb) for $80.00. The guy has no clue about market value of what he is selling. The sad thing will be is if someone actually bids on it. At best, that package deal is worth maybe $130. Maybe, considering it's all factory sealed stuff. That's pusing it though, the games included are all pretty common and frankly, crap.
EDIT: Holy god, just saw his shipping is $75.00. He obviously not only has no clue about video game values, but is lost on postal rates as well. That's insane.
lmfao @ those "sealed" games

it depends on if someone actually PAYS the money for it. He's giving away a lot of mint products that probably are dificult to find in good, unused condition. Plus it's shipped in a pretty sturdy foot locker. Maybe not a grand but it could be a pretty decent swag for a collector at half the price.
And that Emerald city is a number peice! 126 out of 1200! Dude I totally .... ah screw it.

The shipping alone kills it for me but that mint SNES sure looks purdy.

The snes does have a $250 value...maybe more?
$40 for the Pokemon Gb
$30-$50 for the zelda (rare)
$20 tetris
$20 for the rest....
so by my calculations its worth MAX $360
hmm...
ok...
I guess his math is a little different than mine.

i could see thatgoing for 500 shipped just because of the "factory sealed" snes (yeah right, but it still looks minty) and all the extras but if i had cash to blow, i wouldn't spend more than 4 bills shipped.

Yeah but I just sent the seller an email telling him the system better be NEW or else I dont want it. He has some negative feedback and also states there are no controllers.
So how does he get a NEW system with no controllers and some used games?
I used to sell new SNES systems for $200 and they sold like hotcakes and this was just 2 years ago. I think a new in box SNES is worth $200-$300 easy.
