Ok so i knocked a glass of vodka over my laptop in a drunken stupor and now it doesn't work. that was my primary computer, so now i'm working with a crappy hand me down desktop. it's a dell optiplex 170L, and i'm looking to get a graphics card for it for s-video out because it just has an integrated graphics chip atm, but i don't know how to figure out which type it supports(agp,pci,pci-e)? is there a way i can tell just by looking at it, because i don't have an owners manual or anything. thanks for the help in advance.

I just went to dell's website and looked up that model.

ok so it lists that i have a 210w power supply. the graphics card i was looking at requires 250w. will it not work at all if i don't have that minimum requirement?

it may or may not work. just don't swap out the power supply unless you get it from dell, as the switch the pins around. if you plug in a normal power supply it either will not work, or blow out your MB!
