Well if its anything like whippits you need to huff on it for about 8 secs to get a buzz. Breathe in and out like 5 times, then you might get something. I know from pre-med 2cute that pure oxygen helps alleviate pain and headaches but you gotta breathe it for a bit.

I was put on oxygen a couple times after having allergy attacks when I was a kid. Basically just made it easier to breathe...I didn't get high or anything and I breathed the stuff for like 30 minutes straight. Maybe it's not pure oxygen in those hospital oxygen tanks?

They had this at all the huts on Mt. Fuji when I was there a few years ago. Very interesting concept as I did not think the mountain was that high up there but people were buying it. Not sure exactly what people use if for in town though.

And Oxygen in a can isn't a stupid idea. Nor is it a new idea. Ask a paramedic. These might be a cheaper alternative for rig gear. Certainly lighter and take up less space. You could carry them in a bag right to whoever called the ambulance instead of checking their vitals and having to run back to get a tank.
