which means someone made it and its not original...it was never released and it was in beta form but someone has gone through the trouble of creating a cart for it

The game was never put in to production. The only copy known to exist has no label. Just a "To: Some Japanese Guy" white sticker. Supposably for evaluation before it was to be put in to production. There is a good site that tells about it, but I can't seem to find it.

Exactly. They just take a blank cart and load the rom onto it, print up a cart sticker and boom.

I'm actually surpised Ebay didn't pull it, thanks to it's rules against selling pirated software.

if you're going to play a pirated game you might as well just dowload the rom. it would cost you about 1025 dollars less.
