i think gamerush clearances these out a while ago, and then recently lowered the price again, but they are probably long gone.

I am selling my extra one for $40 shipped, it is sandisk and comes with the adapter and case, it is brand new(from the office depot sale a while ago)

Outpost has a 1 gig gaming for $39.99 & a $12 mail in rebate.

Though i'd still wait a few more weeks, now that almost all the 4 gig brands are out, the prices will only go down.
