Hey guys, I'm about to get back into FF:X and, according to my previous save I'm only about 2 hours into it. My question is, will this game get better once I get more time in? Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed that first part when the SIN sucked up everthing. Once I got to that island the game slowed a bit, but again I'm only about 2 hours into it.
For some reason, I've been on this FF kick lately and just wanna get my hands on every FF game I can find.

like any rpg, it will pick up later on once you get in the flow of things, it can be a fairly addicting one id say. gg.

Personally I didn't like the story one bit, but I realize I'm in the minority there. I've completed every US released console FF game besides 1+2 on the FF Origins disc and I'd have to say without a doubt FFX is my least favorite.

it's a good game, picks up late in the game like most rpgs, i just hated tidus' voice.

It's not for everyone. By the time I got to the end, I reeeeally wanted it to end.

Yeah, it definitely gets a hell of a lot better once you're out of the desert.

I know the feeling, I was the same way with MGS 2.

It got good right around the 15 hour mark for me once you get a rough idea as to whats going on. I thought the game was very short and ended very abruptly

Naw, won't quite. I'm kinda psyched about FF III and FF XII so I need something to get me to Sept.

Tidus is pretty annoying but Auron and Yuna are awesome IMO. The game definitely gathers steam as you go on. I would say it is probably my 3rd favorite FF. If I can remember I beat everything in about 45-50 hours so I wouldn't say it was that short. But keep going, it is an awesome game!

I had 70+ hrs on my final save and I am still missing one Celestial Weapon (I gave up on the lightning), but I did almost everything else besides a few Monster Arena fights I still haven't beat.

FF X is one of my fav rpgs, has really cool characters too. The story line is also freaking amazing. For the time thing, if u ask me the game was long enough.

I got it on launch at at that time, this game was unbelievable to me. Now, it's still a fantastice game, all IMO. Didn't like FFX-2 though, got that at launch.....though I know there are people who like it, and it's cheap now so if you haven't tried that then try it.

I only had Yunas ultimate. The monster arena was ridiculously annoying.
With double cast, 1 mp cost the end battles were rather easy.
