on my cag search for a low price on this game, i noticed that ebay pretty much has them at retail $. i did a similar search for trace memory and point blank, but prices on those are fairly decent a bit below retail.

It can be somewhat difficult to find. I've actually found that the easiest place around here to pick it up is Best Buy.

Yeah, Best Buy seems to be one of the few places that restocked after their initial sell-through over the holidays.

Yeah, my girlfriend bought a copy at Best Buy a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, the Best Buy here still has a copy of it. I'm hoping that maybe it'll drop to $20 at some point, I'd like the game but I don't want to pay $30 for it.

A couple weeks ago was before there was a bunch of new DS owners with the release of the Lite. DS games have had a sudden resurgence because of the Lite's release and titles that were marginally difficult to find like Trauma Center, Lost in Blue, and Phoenix Wright are suddenly being snatched up by all of us new owners. I scrambled to find Lost in Blue and Trauma Center myself but I still can't find a Phoenix Wright.

I got my copy from EB when they had the B2G1 sale going. It was mint.

Best of luck on the PW hunt. One of the best games on the system IMO.
Portable gaming is always so weird with what becomes hard to find and what doesn't. I mean, PW is sold out everywhere, with a seemingly low production run despite its critial and fan acclaim. Oh well, I just let people borrow the games around me that they can't find. At least the AAA titles from Nintendo are never hard to come by.

I've been to 2 Best Buys in the past 2 days and there have been a lot of Lost In Blue's. With the gamer's gift card, you can get it for 25 bucks before tax.

I've pretty much given up on finding it.

Konami Style the official Konami store has both Lost in Blue and Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow in stock. So if want both might be worth going thru Konami.
Here is the link to Lost in Blue.

Wrong, OP. The equation is:
Lost in Blue = Crap

Is it worth it to go get Lost in Blue for $25 after GGC? I had my eye on it, but I don't know if I should save whatever's left on my gift cards for something else and wait for it to drop.

Yeah, that's me: Thread-crapper extraordinaire. I'm just saying it's not worth searching for because, in my opinion, it's not a good game -- whether you find it at EB, Best Buy, or in a Jack In The Box dumpster.

That's fine, except the original poster never asked people's opinions on the game - just thoughts on pricing and availability.
If anyone starts a "What do you guys think of Lost In Blue?" thread (which, come to think of it, has surely been done), I'll be sure to point them to your comments.

i liked it, but i didn't finish. it's really a struggle to survive at the beginning, which i thought was pretty fun.

A good game, and easily found down where we are, Best Buy/EBs and Gamestops have them. Mind you they are full retail.

I bought the last copy I saw in town here and haven't seen anything since. I've thoroughly enjoyed the game so far, it's a blast. Kinda surprised the reviews for it weren't better because it is a very fun game. If you like Harvest Moon you'll definitely enjoy it.

I guess I broke the long-standing streak of only staying on the exact issue brought up in the original post. Please don't tell Cheapy about this; I fear he'd ban me for life. In fact, don't tell anyone; it could cause a snowball effect, and then we'd have people digressing all over the place. Then the internet would implode. Very messy.
