I've been not playing video games for like 2 months during the NBA playoffs--the only thing I've played is NSMB.
Anyhow, I was just wondering if I missed anything good. It seems like I don't play my DS at all anymore and that makes me sad. I haven't even opened my DS lite yet and I need an excuse to.

nothing HUGE in my opinion ... Contact comes out in a few weeks, though.

Ya Starfox Command, Mario Hoops 3 on 3, and a few other good games will be coming out a little after Summer ends

here's a thread about it.
from what i gather, it's an RPG that's remanescent of Mother/Earthbound. This scientist professor crash lands on earth and you help him either save earth, or save his alien race, or fix his ship, or whatever the story is. On the top screen, is inside the professor spaceship in a weird Earthbound art style. On the bottom screen, is the real world with a more realistic art style.
You can go back and forth between the two screens through a portal the professor sets up and do whatever the story entails.
At least, i think this is how it goes.
Edit: hrmm... according to that thread, it's been delayed to september :/

I'm praying that Contact is good... while FFIII and Children of Mana look good, Contact looks a lot more interesting than either one of those games. And the DS needs some good RPGs. So far it has Mario & Luigi PiT and that's it.

I'm looking forward to Harvest Moon!
There is a pretty good sale starting Sunday at TRU, B2G1, for top notch games, including NSMB, Metroid Prime Hunters, Animal Crossing, etc.
