Well, the PS3 increased in size by a factor of about one Wii from E3 2005 to 2006. And i don't think the size will increase, it's not very new technology.
Nintendo's done an excellent job squeezing things like the Toploading NES, SNES 2, SP, and DS Lite into tiny (and attractive) casings in the past, so they're experienced with it.

Wow that guy needs a fucking life.
And Nintendo said that the Wii (I still hate the name, grows on me my ass.) will be the size of 3 DVD cases stacked on top of each other.
