Looks like he did a good job, but $1,000,000 seems pretty steep for a 500 sq. ft. apartment. I guess it depends on the neighborhood. Also, if it sells, I would think there would be ip infringement issues, since he would be benefitting from the similarity between the apartment and locations existing within the Star Trek (TM) universe, and I feel almost certain the apartment is not officially licensed.

Maaaaan... that apartment alone is reason enough why there should be a Trekkies sequel!!!! If you guys haven't seen it, go buy it now!!!!
But seriously.. if this thing doesn't sell, it would shock me. And wouldn't it be great if somebody dressed as Chewbacca came and ransacked the place? It could be gang war turf or something.. Jedi geeks vs. Klingon freaks

I could have sworn I've seen this before a long time ago. Either it's not so one of a kind or the guy keeps relisting.

Because it's real estate, it's listed a lot longer than a regular auction. It's been listed since April 29th and the auction doesn't end for 48 more days so maybe you saw it weeks ago and it's still the same auction?

Some one has a little too much time on their hands. Or they have a lot of money and don't care what they spend it on! Pretty cool though if like that sort of thing. I wanna see the LOTR apartment complete with gollum and ringwraiths now that would be cool.
I wonder how many days he worn the outfit and just played in his apartment. Like wakee up on day and put on the full costume and yelling things like cap'n Im a doctor I canot getin to go fafsta. I better the women he brought to his pad were like OH MY FREAKIN GOD! YOU CAN BEAM ME UP ANY DAY! ( agh yeah right what women.) I think its kinda funny he has the Picard look going too.
I bet he has the music playing 24 hours a day. The man could make some money to just rent it out for a couple of days to different people. Make it a tourist stop. He could go stay in a hotel when people are staying at his ship. And let millions experience geek heaven! Bring your own sheets though!

I only watched Star Trek for the first time yesterday. It was a pretty unfulfilling experience.
That said, the futuristic Trek-inspired apartment is pretty sweet.
Although I saw a better deal a few weeks ago. It was on a perfect replication of the Back to the Future DeLorean. Man was that awesome looking.

Unfortunately, eBay's commisison is only $0.05 a bid, no matter what is being sold.

Any idea where I can buy Trekkies? I have wanted to see it, but I have no idea where to get it.
And if I had enought money, I would buy the apartment. Im a Trekkie, and I almost cried when I saw the pictures. Its just so cool.
This is now on my mental "buy if I become rich list". The only other major thing on the list is the Ghostbuster's car. :)
