He said he would not pursue it any further. I could have gotten him in deep crap for lying to USPS (they don't like that), but I was so bloody sick of dealing with this a** hole and had already lost money and items (not to mention hours of sleep) I just let everything go. Also, I just want to hold up my end of the deal, like a truthful and reliable and trustworthy gamer should. I still have all evidence. Digital and hard print copies of everything (400+ pages not counting "The Thread") and original Delivery confirmations and receipts from sending my stuff to him.
Did I mention I got a letter from the Attorney General's Office of Oklahoma asking if I wanted to pursue further action? I contemplated it. I started the paper work just in case. If he ever contacts me again or I get anything else in the mail about this I will.
I also contemplated sending in everything to Mrs. Judge Judy. The Slacker said I had a good chance of getting it accepted. I am very tempted by this option. It would be funny. I offered him (MightySlacker) a plane ride to where ever it is filmed so he could be on my side.
I know the perpetrator (I don't like saying his name it gives me the wiggles) is reading this. I see his name on the bottom of the main page of the forum sometimes. He will say this is harrassment or some bs and I will get an email and/or pm in about a day with subject line "hi tard" or some such with a legal threat or complaint of his. LOL! Oh well, his choice.
One more thing, if anybody ever gets hosed by him and takes him to court I want dibs on front row center seats on prosecuters side. Just tell me where and when I'll take care of transportation and lodging. I'll even throw in a nice shiny new video game of your choice for inviting me.
BTW, remember the Shady Gamecube I got back from him? I gave it to a friend.
BigNick, about them shipping first or paying. Still a no go. It could be a friend/family of his. They could file mail complaint, fraud complaint, paypal complaint, cancel the money order/check, etc... There are ways around everything I am sure of and will not take any chances. You can tell me otherwise, but no way I can do it. I just don't have the balls.
I do have buttons and they are about as close to being pushed as BigNick dating the olson twins. Oh wait, bad analogy... I mean butter on bread. :)

Fine, I'll consider it, but I want approval of sharing your address with others if you don't follow through with the deal. I would have to send in some CheapAssThugs to get my stuff back ;) Oh, I need approval for this too. In writing or something for proof.
Hey BigNick, where is everyone getting these killer looking avatars? All I have is mini Ness avatar. Not bad, but a big Ness Avatar would kick so much arse especially all cartoony like that.
I have a question hopefully someone can answer real quick like for me, if I need to return an item I got which I received via USPS Priority mail can I just write return to sender on it and give to the post office?

Mine don't look like any of those. Not even close
Here is what mine looks like from an auction that has not even ended yet:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=62053&item=8109806 424
And this is the only one I see that looks like mine currently.
Mine looks just like that with everything. I have a small crease in the upper right corner of box, but other wise mint. Maps/Post never opened.

Does $12 each sound fair? These are just like new only missing plastic outer wrap. I think the game still has the plastic wrap inside the box and none of the instructions/inserts/etc were ever taken out.
Chris
Update: OK, Mac heads, I have in my hot little hands an unopened copy of OS 10.3. I got it in the mail from Apple in October/November I think? Well, since I don't have a Mac anyone who wants to make an offer it has been added to the list.

LOL! Opposite for me. I won't pay a dime for anything new hardly, but don't be surprised if you checked my eBay feedback to see $20, $50, or even $100+ spent on an older SNES game or 2 or 3 or *Gasp* More! Best money I ever spent :)

i don't collect for value unless it's something rae, like lunar for saturn or a compete vay, i go for the ones i remember playing and liked. never heard anything about secret of evermore, just thought it would be nice to add to the collection-got anything else for snes?

I don't collect for value, it just so happens the games I want to play are high value, oh well. I just have this thing where I have to have everything the game originally came with. Some wear and tear and don't bother me.
Only other SNES games I have I don't think I could possibly be persuaded to sell or trade.
I although, there is one, but...no.

Up Up and Away!
Added an item or two since last time :)
Only thing I can think of off the top of my head that I want is a Super Nintendo Power Adapter (Official First Party Please) and Super Nintendo Controller (Official First Party Please).
Other than that, shoot me with anything NES, SNES, N64, PS, Gamecube you have that are willing to trade.
Wanted thank catacasa for the damn cool Ness avatar.
Cheers!
Chris
