I ordered it at Overstock, Limited Edition Version. Do you guys think it was a good idea?

Yes, but only for the limited edition version. I pre ordered it.
This is a great deal in terms of price but it could take awhile to ship. I still have not preordered and I won't for awhile. Once it gets closer to release I'm hoping to get a better deal.

Well i preordered it because i probably wont be able to get the limited edition one after it comes out but i can get the original any time after the mad rush for it ends

I reserved the regular edition. The special edition doesn't have anything that interests me and now, I'm guaranteed a copy.

I ordered it too. I don't have an xbox, I just wanted someone to spend the lonely nights with, halo 2 is that person. I wanted someone to share my dreams with, someone who will me their arms, and occaision let me put my penis in them.

I ordered the limited edition, but not from Overstock. I got it from EB since I still had my $20 off coupon from ordering the Limited Edition of Unreal Tournament 2004. Apparently Halo 2 Limited Edition also comes in a napkin-holder looking tin, so my UT2k4 box will have a companion.

No...the limited edition costs 5 bucks more. Reserving this one will definitely be worth it. Gamestops are having Midnight Openings...and I'm sure everyone else will be too.

I doubt they have midnight openings. I mean were there midnight openings for Metal Gear Solid 2?
That game had way more hype and a much larger auidence and I do not remember there being midnight openings.

I preordered mine at EB B&M...I just put credit from trade-ins on it and I put like 5 bucks each time I go so it doesnt seem like im really paying 55 dollars...I know I know...I have mental problems

my eb usually recieves games day before release for some reason...and sells em day before...I know its against policy, but they do it

cuz eb and gamestop employees are asses and only sell to people who preordered it...it happened with ninja gaiden to me and i dont want it to happen again,

I get that shit from gamestop so I always go to the local EB and get a copy of what I want.
only time I came close to not getting a game was resident evil

i guess the only thing is i gotta make sure someones home to receive game or i gotta get work off
