odd request - art sites?

im looking primarily for tattoo art, specifically flowers.
however sketches would be awesome too.
anything to spark an idea.
any sites anybody recommends?
also if anybody happens to know,
theres also a guy in northern california that does a lot of very stencilled looking stuff (dont know how else to explain it) i cant remember his name.
any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
