Ok, this is just getting out of hand. We've all seen the rise of this new type of promotion that most stores are engaging in; exclusive items, characters, weapons, etc. I understand the need for stores to bring something unique to the consumer, in order to bring in sales, but this just seems like too much. I was just perusiing BestBuy's website and then I saw that if you preorder Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 from them, then you get the Hulk as a character. Now, I've seen pics in Game Informer Mag, of the characters in the game, and they had shots of the Hulk being in the game. I thought he was a default character! But no, If i want him, I've got to give BB my preorder money, so they can make interest off of me.

Thats it man! I'm tired of this crap, whats next? If I want RYU in SF V, I'm, gonna hafta preorder from CVS? But if i want Ken, I'd have to preorder from Walmart?! I'm tired of being sold a $59.99 game that I still have to purchase the bits and pieces in order to enjoy the complete package?! This is utter shit.
Like I said before, I understand the need for stores to differentiate themselves one way or the other, costumes and items maybe, but friggin CORE characters in the Marvel Universe? Its just WAY too much!
