I was doing the laundry today while listening to the Tuesday's Opie and Anthony show on my iPhone and they had Dr. Steve drop some knowledge.
For every 35 lbs lost, you gain 1 inch. ![]() Well I'm off to the gym people. |

its true. I know. I used to be really fat. Your fat just covers it, but when you lose weight, it gets a lot bigger.

Wouldn't that mean you could gain 35 pounds, lose it, gain an inch, rinse and repeat?

On a sidenote, I'm hoping you will name names so we can flame the shit out of whoever whined about your daily haha shimrra. Seriously, IMO, complaining about your daily haha is liking kicking a puppy. It's a disgusting thing to do. |
