Favorite Energy Drinks

Being a guy that usually studies more at night than day I've been a firm user of Energy Drinks for a while now. My favorites are the blue and green Amp and I can chug one of the tall boys in pretty much no time flat now.

I've been drinking them since Junior year in High School so I've kind of made myself into an authority on them by getting myself to try different kinds and so far I still haven't found anything as good as Amp.

What's everyone's favorites and what's your takes on stuff like 5 hour energy?

I found some clearanced 5 hour energies the other day and chugged two of them and I must admit, they kept me up for a while but they also made me kind of jittery.

I know this is not the response you're looking for, but I've haven't drank an energy drink or even coffee in years. It must be my good eating or sleeping, because I've never needed them. Just saying, that drinking those huge sugary drinks for such a long period of time is probably going to cause you health problems down the line.

The best Amp flavor in my opinion is trading paint, which is 3 flavors in one. Other than that, I drink RockStar Punched, which is pretty good. NOS is decent, its kinda citrus-y, but the fruit punch flavor tastes like kool-aid.

I Remember drinking the energy drink Cocaine and it was damn strong. As in it has the power of 3 and a half cans of Red Bull and if you smelled it once you opened it, it would burn your nose (and tasted like diet Cherry 7Up). Anyways one time I drank some before work and after shift was done I went home and took a nap. When I woke up my heart was beating out chest and I thought I was going to die from drinking it and the pace my heart was beating. It was fun and by fun I mean horrifying and "OMG I may die" kinda way.

My favorite so far is regular Rockstar. It's got that really sour taste that I really like for some reason, and it works well on me. Amp tastes good but doesn't do much for me.

I used 5 hour energy once at it worked pretty well. It ain't filling (duh), but it gets the job done.

I used to drink Jolt Cola, Amp Energy and various versions of Full Throttle in the past. I don't drink them any more because I don't need them.

I only drink no/low sugar energy drinks, so I've been enjoying Excess, Bawls XXtra, and Hydride a bit lately. Also, if your local Anheuser-Busch affiliate supplies 180, that stuff kicks ass.

can't go wrong with coffee. i have an espresso machine that i use often.

this is a great machine. it has a plug in burner so no need to use the stove top and its easy to clean. makes 6 cups of espresso. I did tons of research before i bought this one. its great quality and a great price.

I can't really do any coffee.. I don't like it.

And I know that the sugary drinks are bad for you, I don't drink anything other than Water and Amp, though. Usually only drink Amp 3 times a week and I haven't really been searching out weird new drinks since the fall. I did however pop some pep pills into a Rockstar energy drink last week and it was awesome.

i used to not be a fan of coffee becuase it's really bitter, but i use 4-5 packs of splenda to sweeten it up.

Bawls is probably the best energy drink I have ever tasted.

I used to drink at least one Monster every day. But now, I will drink one occasionally. The flavor i drink now is the Khaos. It is half juice and half energy.
