Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to beat Blaster Master before Reach came out. I knew this was going to happen though. What can I say about Reach besides it's ridiculously awesome. For me I think the single player is better then 3 and ODST, but not as good as the first two. From what I've seen of the multiplayer so far I think it is by far the best. I have only played it a tiny bit because I wanted to beat the campaign before I went online.
Pickups for the week: Last week I mainly played:  Halo: Reach and  Blaster Master Overdrive. I also played  Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift and  Saint's Row 2 I don't have too much more in Blaster Master. I'm at the 6th boss and there's 8. The bosses are a pain in the ass... I'll get back to it soon. I spent the rest of my time beating reach. Only on Heroic though because I just wanted to get the story down and now will go back through it on legendary. This game is so awesome. I started playing multiplayer some after beating it and its so good. I know that the Invasion mode was in the beta but it's still an awesome mode. Except for the level Spire. Glad to see you went with the top Halo edition... After all this time without buying games, you really deserved a treat and I think that is about as good as it gets ... The journal is awesome, I'm hoping to find a set on sale really cheap down the road (found one for $10 last year, can't remember which one, that would be a good price
 ) they really put a lot of detail into and it looks amazing. To a fan of the series I can onnly imagine now cool it would be. How much is the code going for online? Can't beat making money off of a digital download, but at least now you have to enjoy. Looks like you made a good amount of progress in the game so far. I always like playing through games on an easier mode. I enjoy the story more and can get through the game and I can always go back and play harder modes if I want to. I think it works out well, especially when you are working through a backlog and stuff. Enjoy the game... I have heard it is really good... It is always a huge plus when a game you have been waiting on turns out to be good. Nothing worse than getting excited and the game not being so great. |
