A TV Show that deserves watching. Terriers

Terriers is a drama mixed in with a few bits of comedy set in the beach community of Ocean Beach. Its follows private detective Hank Dolworth played by Donal Logue (Grounded For Life) and his partner Britt Polack played by Michael Raymond-James (True Blood). Together they investigate the seedy side of the peaceful beach community. What makes Terriers a great show is the writting. This is not a basic crime TV show, the character depth is deep and not just an average crime that must be solved in one episode type of show. Being a resident of Ocean Beach it is exciting to see local landmarks displayed in the show an example would be Hodads a Burger Joint famous for its food and unique setting. Also Rob Duncan provided his talent for the theme song which perfectly fits the mood of the show. At first it would seem like the show is about dogs, which is a bit misleading but none the less its a great show. Terriers is on FX Wednesday nights at 10:00 P.M.

Its a pretty good show. I hope it gets picked up for season two.

Great show, badly marketed starting with the terrible title. I pray for a second season.

Show is awesome. Great cast, great setting, and great story telling. I dig the fact that they aren't focusing on single events like some shows like that do.

Name of the show makes perfect sense. Terriers are a breed used for hunting, fighting, and vermin killin'. It makes sense in that they do all of that to get the end result... and since Terriers were also game dogs (game hunting, dog fighting, and other contests), it makes sense that both characters are fun and playful.

The show is great and definately worthy of a 2nd Season compared to most of the crap out there. However, if shows like Community are on the "danger list", perhaps I am picking the wrong shows to back.

Oh man I didn't know it had been on the air that long (don't have cable)

I was down in PB one time more then a year ago and they had the end of grand closed to film some car scenes, but it seemed to take forever to get it on the air and I forgot about it. Gonna have to give it a shot on hulu one of these days.
