Budweiser BBQ and the euro pop R&B crap of the radio.

This blog will be about two completely different things. One is music, the other is BBQ sauce. But i need to rant a little.
First, I love Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. I've been buying it for over a year now. It is one of my favorite BBQ sauces around. It is as good as Sweet Baby Ray's. It's 10x better than Open Pit could ever be. Look at it: ![]() It looks sexy. Okay, maybe not but it's damn good sauce. But here comes a new (alcohol favored BBQ sauce) challenger: Budweiser. Really? When I think of flavor, Budweiser ain't on the list. Okay I don't like beer much, so that may cloud my judgement a little, but no. I have heard of beer battered chicken and fish, so I understand why it would come out, but Budweiser. Why not Miller High Life BBQ sauce. (That could work marketing wise with the same type of ads. Hmmm.) Why not Coors steak sauce? Or Pabst Blue Ribbon favored teriyaki sauce (Okay maybe, Hipster's would kill for that). The point is, JD's sauce works because of the flavor and history. the Bud sauce will not last over a year. What does the two these songs have in common? & The singers are Taio Cruz(A British R&B artist) and Usher. One is new and the other is "old". They both have that euro sound, that sound like a throwback to 1993's Ace of Base, The Sign album. R&B does not suppose to sound like that. I'm not saying they need to sound like the Temptations, Jodeci, Guy or Joe. But stop sounding like that. Okay, Taio Cruz is British, you may think it's alright for him to have that sound, but other British R&B artists like Craig David, who is also British, stuck with the normal R&B sound. But what the is this shit? Who can I blame for for this shit? The Black eye peas & Will.i.am? I know he produced Usher's "OMG" and the THe END sounds exactly the same as the two videos. I'm tired of it. Give me back my R&B. |

I haven't tried JD BBQ sauce, but the JD stuff they have at Friday's is great. Are any of the sauces like that?
Also, Bennigan's does a Guiness sauce/flavoring for some of their food, but I didn't think it was anything special. |

@gravel They have Jack Daniels marinade also. And heard that that's good.
@4nik8tor Those don't sound good at all. Better cake flavors than BBQ flavors. |

Budweiser sauce is pretty good. It tastes like a combo of Barbeque and A1 Steak sauce
