Awakenings and Lost

Now that I'm getting really hyped for Dragon Age 2, I decided I really should start playing Awakenings so that I can get my character ready for Import into DA2.

Right now I am about 4-5 hours into the game and loving it as much as I did DA:O.

My only issue with games like this is that I really WANT to do everything possible. I want to hit up all the side-quests which is going to make the game take longer than I'd like, but I'm cool with that because playing this game is not a chore.

Just means that by the time DA2 comes out I probably won't be ready to import and go, it will probably sit on my shelf for a little while.

In non Video Gaming news I started watching LOST for the first time, as I had never gotten into it before.
More to the point, the wife started watching LOST and I caught about 6 episodes of season 1 and got hooked.
She is already on Season 3, but I have been avoiding watching anything because I want to make my way through it as well.
I know I caught at least the last 6-10 episodes of Season 1, and going through it by myself I Just finished Episode 10 of Season 1. So, by the end of this week I will have finished Season 1 and then I can actually watch all the rest in order.

Loving the show so far and the character backgrounds have been great.

I switched my DAO game to a PC platform and I still haven't beat it to prepare for DA2...

I really should get on that.

I want to play Awakenings but so many games to play beforehand! I've heard so many good things about it too...

Glad you got hooked on Lost, a friend got me to watch it during the summer and BAM! 3 months later I'm done with the series and loved it!

If you do EVERYTHING in Awakening it will take you about 19 hours. If not it will be 10-15.
I have had a couple of weird glitches in Awakenings thus far.

One during a cutscene, the NPC starts moving and talking, but while she is doing that her "original body" (for lack of a better term" stays right where it was. So she is kind of super imposed upon herself. One moving and talking and the other just kind of there.

Another when I had to track down an underground weapon dealer or something. I followed the guy around town killing all the goons, but after the last set he completely disappeared.
Searched the whole Town and he wasn't around.
Left and came back and he was standing beside the Black Wolf, but in his blue bubble and when I approach he would call more, non-existent, goons to come and get me.

Left the town again and the same thing, went and talked to the town Sherif and the dialog popped for me having found the secret hideout, so mission complete but weird.

I started Awakenings this weekend too, for exactly the same reason. I have to beat it before DA2. I've also had a weird glitch. I was walking in the Wending Wood(?), and then I was able to walk through rocks and boulders, and my party stopped following me. Then I walked towards them, and the forest stopped rendering, so my party was standing in the middle of a black abyss, and I was in the forest at the edge of the abyss. I'm hoping everything is okay when I reload it.
