I'm going to focus on a few good cheap games here. A complete rip-off of the CAGCast, but CheapyD/Wombat haven't done it in a while for some reason and I'm filling that void.

Super Metroid
I've been talking a lot about Super Metroid lately, and for good reason. I just got a Classic Controller, which is essential for playing SNES games on Wii, and to celebrate me getting the controller I'm playing Super Metroid. In case you haven't heard (which is slightly possible) you control Samus Aran as she battles all sorts of foes. Lots of open ended gameplay and exploration. For 800 Wii Points ($8 US) Super Metroid is a great buy.

Mario Kart 64
There's a lot of talk now about Mario Kart Wii, but take a step back in time to 1997 and you'll still have fun. A great multiplayer game for anybody. Battle mode is my most played, because I hate Mario Kart Wii's battle mode. You can also race friends or race the game's AI... which is really a low point of Mario Kart 64. The cheating AI in Mario Kart Wii is in Mario Kart 64 also, maybe even worse than in MKW. Fortunately you don't unlock anything by playing in single player. If you have friends to play against Mario Kart 64 is well worth 1000 Wii Points ($10 US). Official Nintendo Mario Kart 64 page | 87% at Gamerankings

Considering a game but don't know if it's worth it? Want to suggest a game for my cheap thrills spotlight? That's what comments are for.

Super Metroid is simply one of the best games of all time, regardless or Era or system. A classic. I usually don't finish games because I don't have the time, but this one I finished.
