There is no denying I've been EXTREMELY happy to see the Chicago Bulls in first place in the NBA, along with advancing to the 2nd round of the playoffs so far. I've been a massive Bulls fan since 1992, whether they were winning championships or at the bottom of the league. I had a chance to watch them play once this season (against the Washington Wizards). Since I'm further away from Chicago, I don't get to see really any Bulls stuff in-store (like in NW Indiana). So I ordered two Bulls shirts online for the playoffs.

The shirts above, one is the playoff "See Red" shirt the fans wear in Chicago, while the other celebrates their 20th Anniversary of their 20th championship.

The other shirt, I purchased at Modell's sports (it has the front and back). Being a Derrick Rose fan, I just had to buy it.

On top of all the Bulls stuff are my standard pick-ups for the month.

I got two Burtnon snowboarding brand t-shirts for $10 each at Sports Authority. I missed owning Dynasty Warriors Gundam, so I bought at K-Mart clearance for $15 new. I was looking for a complete copy of .Hack//INFECTION, where I finally found a good conditioned copy at GameStop.

I got Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood 4, even if I have yet to go through the rest (I'll get to it). I got Heroic Age since I was in the mood for more anime blu-ray. After previewing anime on FUNimation.com (I watched an episode or 2), it definitely suited me so I bought on sale.

I got a Lightning Racer mug while at Hershey Park. I needed a case for my 3DS, so I bought it (can old a ton of games along with the 3DS itself, whether it be in case or pocket). The three used games were bought during the B2G1 free sale at GameStop. I wanted Golden Sun Dark Dawn due to price drop, but after seeing Gurumin and Power Stone Collection (two games I missed owning on PSP), decided to get them cheap since I'd get a game free. It sucks because Power Stone UMD case was cracked, but I got a different copy at another GameStop (4th GS screw-up in the last two months).

I got a mint copy of Stella Dues (wanted that back in my collection) from Amazon Warehouse, and I got the $20 PSN card to fund the rest of my wallet for Arcana Heart 3. Arcana Heart 3 is pretty good, but still need to get use to its different fighting.

FFIV Collection is definitely the best version of FFIV I played so far. Graphics are great, sound translates great, and all the extras are awesome. Mortal Kombat is really good, but I need to play it more. SOCOM 4, I only got to play the single player (outside of reedeming my code), but I'm enjoying it. Graphics are good. I wasn't too sure what I'd think of K-on! (I'm no Lucky Star fan). I ended up liking all 4 episodes contained on the blu-ray a lot, although I did English dubs. Can't wait for more of it because I really enjoy the story and characters. I got K-On! from Rightstuf.

Dragon Quest VI is probably my 2nd favorite DQ game after 8, so I definitely wanted to pick it up sometime. Once Amazon had it on sale for $27, I bought it. Glad the game keeps most of its original 2D style. God Eater Burst I tried out. I wasn't too big into the JP demo, but once I understood it with English, I'm enjoying it. I do plan to play it more much. Girl Who Leapt Through Time, I heard a lot of good about it, so I ordered on Rightstuf.

I got FFI and FFII for $10 each on Amazon. I'm glad the PSP versions fixed my main issues with the games. I more so bought them to add to my collection, lol. I bought Gundam Wing Anime Legends 2 because I finished the first boxset, but wanted to watch the rest. Eden of East: King of Zell movie, I should get to it sometime soon after I finished Eden of East collection.

I didn't do a lot of gaming due to being sick a lot, and I've been busy with other stuff. When I did gaming, I mostly played Ar Tonelico Qoga (almost done, I really like the game). I put a few hours into The 3rd Birthday and really enjoying it. Finally started Radiant Historia. Also started playing Yakuza 4 and feel its excellent, but Ar Tonelico Qoga gets finished first.

I definitely did a lot of anime watching. I finished up the Anime Legends 1 collection of Gundam Wing. I watched most episodes before, but gave me a chance to watch every episode in case I missed something. Definitely enjoying the anime, although I'm more of a Gundam SEED fan. I watched Noein next. It had one of the best openings I've ever seen. I enjoyed its story (even if a tad harder to follow). Pretty good anime, but not my favorite. Like I said before, I enjoyed K-On! a lot. I also watched Eden of East. I loved the atmosphere and found it interesting (artwork was pretty and stuff). Again, the story was a tad incomplete, but I already heard the King of Zell movie (along with the other) will fill in the rest. I'm working through Gundam Wing Anime Legends 2 now.

Anyway, that is my April pick-ups. May looks very slim for me, so I don't expect much I'll be getting.

Ah the days of being single and free spending.

@DaddyBoJangles, you know I want to delete your comment. Thankfully you didn't say Go Pacers, or I would have been REALLY angry.

@Hell Monkey You still spend more than I do. I remember your spending blog well.

@yukine You know I've been a Bulls fan for a while. People who went to my high school can say I was definitely hardcore.

Go Pacers!

DaddyBoJangles just wants the Bulls out of the series because his Heat can't handle the Bulls. ZxT Vendetta, I dunno what team he likes, but if he's a Nuggets fan they are OUT. PenguinoMF is only saying Go Pacers to piss me off the most (I HATE the Pacers more than any NBA team). I will ALWAYS stand by my team for life. If anyone thinks I'm a big PlayStation fan, my love for the Bulls is 1000X bigger.

Sweet Pickups as usual. I already bought FMA Part 4, i was thinking of getting heroic age, i saw it on blu ray at my local video store for $25. I picked up golden sun dark dawn a while ago too, played it for like a hour, really fun. I still need to pick up FFIV Complete collection and Dissidia 012 and as for Ar Tonelico, i'm on phase 3 now, im gonna try to finish it pretty soon too.
Didn't you say in one of your other blogs that you never get sick?
The Mana Knight's Avatar
@Chan69 I am at the end of Phase 3.

The Bulls only have 6 championships. Unless you mean division and conference.

I cheer for the Nuggets (cuz Melo is gone (I hate Melo) and cuz I went to school in Denver) and the Heat because D-Wade is my favorite NBA player.

I really want to get those Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Blus. They look really good over the air in HD, they must be breathtaking on blu.

@DurbanBrown Wait for the May pick-ups.

@ZxT Vendetta I'm glad Melo is gone too (he's overrated). I can't stand the Heat, but I still hate Kobe + Lakers & Pacers the most. Heat + Wade + Bosh + James = My 3rd most hated.
