Since we are seeing a number of game companies make HD remakes of older games, what do you want to see?
If some of these have already been announced, my apologies.

Onimusha series
GTA:Vice City
Jak series
Every major Nintendo release (I really hope they don't drop the ball on the WiiU) (further, they rerelease everything anyways, so I think we can count on this)
Every 2D Castlevania game, including handheld
SW:KOTR 1&2
MGS1 (Twin Snakes was a great update)

Most of these games I either never got very far into or I just want to see them get a fresh coat of paint.

Custer's Revenge.
Just to piss people off.
I vote for Vice City - my favorite GTA game ever.

Also, the 2d Castlevania's would be awesome , ESPECIALLY the handhelds.
I would love a blue ray of all the GBA and DS Catlevania's.

I could die a happy man if that were to come true.

3d Castlevania is ok, but old 2d ones are still the bomb.

I'd also be very excited to see new remakes/updates for Onimusha, Vice City, and the Jak series, although with Jak, I'd like to see them take it back to the tone and style of the first game rather than the two sequels.

Downhill Domination was one of my favorites from the PS2 era; I would love to see a new HD follow-up to that game.

Oh, and Psychonauts. I would kill for a new Psychonauts.

Soul Reaver series -- I don't even mind if you pass on the PS1 titles (though I'd still like it there).

A third vote for Jak series.

On a similar note, I'd love to see a Mario Kart game that had every track from previous games. It shouldn't be that hard, both design- and space-wise.

i would go for KOTOR..... but not so much the second one.

Eternal Darkness... or even just a sequel. That game was awesome.

I would like to see an HD remake of Chrono Trigger, I know it has been re-released a million times but with a new paint job I would love to replay it. Also, Earthbound and the Japanese sequel translated to english would be amazing!
X-Men Legends 1/2. I'd kill for those.
I would love to see the Jak series remade... as well as the entire series of Ratchet and Clank... maybe up to the PS3 versions. I started buying these games but then couldn't find them new anymore and the quality of them used is usually not the best.

There are a ton of Nintendo games that I never got a chance to play and/or buy, so I would love to see quite a few of those remade as well!!!

Okami HD would be fantastic.

If there was a way they could release the PS2 ratchet games on one blu ray and cut out the load times that would make for a nice collection as well.

How about the Kingdom Hearts series with all the Japanese "Final Mix" iterations. Other than that, I think I'd rather have new games rather than remakes.
